The Baptist Health Conway Business Expo is the city's largest business-to-business networking event. With more than 100 booths on-site, Business Expo provides area professionals with varied opportunities to network and exhibit their company’s or organization’s products and services to a diverse and captive audience. Product demonstrations, business-to-business networking, and the actual selling of products and services – all done on the Expo floor – can ultimately increase sales and sales leads for exhibitors.
Business Expo also includes several informative sessions and ticketed presentations during breakfast and lunch that are open to both exhibitors and the public. Both the Business Expo Breakfast and Lunch feature speakers that inform attendees about new developments and upcoming community projects. Tickets are $15 to each meal session.

Booths cost is $450 for Chamber members and $750 for non-members. It includes a 10X10 booth, with an 8' back wall and 3' side walls. It also includes a table, 2 chairs, one electric plug, and a company ID sign.
For $600 Chamber members can upgrade to a Premier Vendor spot. This includes everything that comes with a booth space as well as 1 ticket to both the Business Expo Breakfast and Lunch and 4 tickets to Taste of Conway.
